Sous Chef Thomas Mlodzik
Thomas culinary career began after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in the Twin Cities. From there he further developed his own culinary creativity by working with several different ethnic cuisines. On his first day at Marnas Cafe with immediately feel in love with the uniqueness that is Costa Rican cuisine, He enjoys preparing unique and savory dishes that make customer come back for more.
